Latest Library Project in Botswana

Thought i should share this, Botswana National Library Services  (BNLS)  together with ACHAP are running a project called Sesigo. The project is spearheaded by ACHAP and they are building libraries across the country, well equiped with comptures and nternet facilities. The Sesigo Project is sponsored by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the project will go on until 2013. Several libraries have already been opened.

Learning how to create a Blog

Today Thursday 2nd December, 2010 I have learnt how to create a  personal blog. In this first posting of the blog, I would like to first introduce myself. I am a professional librarian trained in Malawi, Botswana and United Kingdom. My area of specialization is library automation. In my 24 years of my career, I have learnt and experienced alot which I would like to share with others. In my quest to learn new things I have today learnt to create a personal blog; hence my first posting.
